Reality Aerobics with Lynne (AEROBICS)
A total body workout designed to give maximum results with minimum brain drain.. This easy too follow class uses a combination of aerobics, step, hand/leg weights & floor work. Suitable for all ages & abilities.
Body Blitz with Zoey (AEROBICS)
A fantastic Hi and Lo impact cardiovascular workout designed to take your fitness to the next level.
Tighten your Assets with Liisa (AEROBICS)
Get motivated, Liisa’s classes are great for improving all round fitness & keeping your assets in shape. The morning class has no aerobics at all, great for those who have had a break from fitness classes.
High Ignition with Liisa (AEROBICS)
Liisa will make you work in this class, she will also make you laugh. Liisa has devised a class that will test you physically & mentally, she’s fun, she’s sassy, what more could you need.
Monday Shape Up (AEROBICS)
Start the week with this class designed to wake and shake away those Monday morning blues.
Energy Rush (AEROBICS)
½ Step & ½ Aerobics, Groove & smooth the Fitness Mills answer to Mr Motivator. Leeroy’s classes are a mixture of aerobics & step.
Step & Sculpt (STEP AEROBICS)
A Step Aerobics class with a bit of everything including conditioning exercises on the floor and with hand weights.
Freestyle Step (STEP AEROBICS)
Fun class with Rachel offering a great workout on the Step. Rachel’s wealth of experience and fun personality make this a great class for all levels of fitness.
Step and Funk with Leeroy (STEP AEROBICS)
Groove & smooth the Fitness Mills answer to Mr Motivator. Leeroy’s classes are a mixture of aerobics & step. If you love choreography and a great workout then you will love Leeroy’s classes.
***Push & Lift with Rachel (CONDITIONING & AEROBICS) NEW CLASS
Push & Lift is a new strength training workout, using plates and bars that are designed to condition and shape your body. Set to uplifting and energising music, this workout takes the best elements of the gym and group exercise environment and combines them to create an enjoyable and achievable workout.
Boot Camp Circuits with Marc (CIRCUIT TRAINING)
A complete body shaping, weight training and fat burning circuit class. A powerful class and the perfect way to get rid of stress and improve fitness Army style. Great Fun for Men & Ladies
Cardio Kombat with Clive (MARTIAL ARTS BASED FITNESS)Clive specialises in Kung Fu and Kickboxing & has studied fitness and martial arts for over 27 years. This class will boost your fitness, flexibility, co-ordination, muscle tone & confidence. Fighting Fit offers extra gloves, pads and bag work. Fantastic Workout and great for Men & Ladies
Freestyle Fitness Yoga with Lynne (FLEXIBILITY+AEROBICS)
A Yoga/Pilates based class with lots of stretching, toning & flexibility. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
“Having a Ball” Nic & Liisa (FITBALL CORE STRENGTH)
Bounce your way to a fitter you! Improve your cardio, core and conditioning in this fun Fitball class with Alison (Weds) or Nic (Saturdays). Suitable for all levels of fitness.
Fitball Conditioning (CORE & CARDIO)
Total Body class using fitballs for conditioning and hitting those hard to hit bum & tum areas!! Combined with a cardiovascular workout to make this a total body workout.
BoxFit (CORE & CARDIO)
"Old Skool" boxing style circuits with a modern twist. Focus pads, punch bags, floor work and cardio exercise. Fantastic for fitness, co-ordination & tone on your own or with friends
